• NEW underwear/nylons
• Small kitchen or household items
• Toys in excellent condition
• Books in excellent condition
• CDs/Tapes
• Furniture (No beds or large appliances) - please call 604 278 4336 to confirm we have space
• Small electrical items if working
• Unused hair items/cosmetics
• New games/puzzles (or in good condition with no pieces missing)

Items not accepted for donation at Richmond Family Place are:

• Baby equipment (cribs, exersaucers, car seats, strollers etc.)
• Soiled, stained items
• Anything incomplete or in need of repair
• Safety equipment (eg. Strollers, car seats, helmets)
• Sharp items (eg. Knives or scissors)
• Used hair items, cosmetics, shampoo etc.
• Computer equipment (Please note that Richmond Family Place needs to pay for safe disposal of any computer items donated)
• Large Appliances
• Beds
• Games/puzzles which might have pieces missing
• Used plastic containers
• Single items of kitchenware eg. single mugs, single plates.
• Anything covered in animal hair
• Anything smelling of mothballs
