	Leann Finkelstein Office Coordinator leann@richmondfamilyplace.ca Leann has over 10 years of experience working with non-profit organizations in an administrative role. Leann lives in West Richmond with her husband and 2 children. She spends most of her free time shuffling her children from activity to activity.
	Darlene Hudson Thrift Store Coordinator darlene@richmondfamilyplace.ca Darlene has had many years of administrative & managerial experience in both non-profit and private sectors. She is a mother of 5, grandmother of 6 and great grandmother of 1 who lives in west Richmond with her husband of many, many years. Darlene loves to dance and believes her thrift store volunteers are wonderful!
	Hala Kapani Arabic Speaking Family Support Worker Early Years Bridging Project hala@richmondfamilyplace.ca Born in Syria, Hala came to Canada when she was 19 years old. Hala has been a preschool teacher, and Arabic teacher for more than 7 years. Hala has a great deal of experience helping parents with their parenting issues. She is currently completing her ECE and has a diploma in interior decorating. Her hobbies are decorating and reading. She lives in Richmond, and is married with three children.
	Janice Lambert ECE Program Coordinator janice@richmondfamilyplace.ca Janice has been a licensed Early Childhood Educator with her post basic Infant Toddler Certificate since 1981 and worked in a variety of settings during her career, the past ten years in two non-profit settings. Born and raised in England, Janice moved to Canada in 1983. Janice enjoys volunteering for an animal organization, reading and can 'Tat' (ask her and she will explain!)
	Henry Lui Dad and Child Breakfast Henry was born in Hong Kong and has been in Canada for 18 years. He is currently in his third year at UBC completing a sociology major and enjoys singing, reading and relaxing.
	Ana Machado BA, MA Spanish Speaking Family Support Worker Early Years Bridging Project ana@richmondfamilyplace.ca Ana has a degree in Psychology and Masters in Community Psychology. She has specialized training in Gestalt Therapy. She has several years of experience working with families and children, and also working with families in community programs. Born and raised in Peru. Ana moved to Canada in 2004. She has a teen daughter. Ana enjoys reading, walking and dancing.
	Rekha Naik ECE Family Support Worker rekha@richmondfamilyplace.ca Rekha is a licensed Early Childhood Educator. She is currently completing her Masters in Leadership and Human Development from Pacific Oaks College. She has 3 adult daughters and moved to Canada in 1988. Her hobbies are reading, knitting, sewing and painting.
	Debbie Plomp BA, MA Parent Connections Coordinator debbie@richmondfamilyplace.ca Debbie is a Clinical Counsellor with degrees in Psychology, Education, and Counselling Psychology. She has specialized training in Family Systems Theory and remains very interested in the areas of infertility and the transition to parenting. Born and raised in Richmond, Debbie enjoys spending time with her family, going for long walks, reading, and finding a good bargain. Debbie is married and the mother of two fabulous kids.
	Hydi Sham ECE Playroom Coordinator hydi@richmondfamilyplace.ca Hydi is a licensed Early Childhood Educator with 15 years of experience working with families that have children from 0-6 years old. Hydi enjoys working with different families as she believes that we all can learn from each other. While Hydi's last name is Sham, which means "the Fake One," there is nothing fake about her; Hydi is a real and true person ready to love life, family, work, co-workers and all the families that she works with!
	Sheri Caine ECE Family Support Worker sheri@richmondfamilyplace.ca Sheri has been a licenced early childhood and special needs educator since 1992. Her experience includes working in pre-schools, daycares, and school settings. Sheri lives in Richmond with her husband and 2 children.
	Anna Thymis ECE Mobile Childminding Coordinator annat@richmondfamilyplace.ca Anna is a licensed Early Childhood Educator with several years of experience working with children in a variety of settings. She lives in Richmond with her husband and two young children.
	Peta Williams BSc, MSc Office Coordinator peta@richmondfamilyplace.ca Peta has degrees in Psychology and Human Centred Computer Systems. Peta used to be Production Manager for an internet company. Originally from England, Peta lives in East Richmond with her husband and 3 children and can unicycle.
	Kim Winchell BSW, BA Executive Director kim@richmondfamilyplace.ca Kim has degrees in Social Work and Criminology. Kim has been in the non-profit social service field for over 20 years. Born and raised in Ontario, Kim moved to BC in 1991. Kim is married with a young son. She is an avid runner and may attempt to do another marathon sometime soon.
