Birthday Party Rental
Richmond Family Place is happy to offer birthday and other room rentals on Friday evenings and Sundays. Unfortunately there is no availability on Saturdays at the moment.
A $50 refundable deposit holds your booking. The remainder is due one week before your party. Richmond Family Place can take cash or cheques.
Parties includes: 30 minutes set-up, 2 hour party, 30 minutes take down/clean up. Each additional hour is $30.
There are 2 party options:
Option A: Do It Yourself
Cost $125 members, $155 non-members
- A member of staff will be on-site to let you in and assist with any preparations or questions.
- Access to 2 playrooms and toys, bouncy castle (weather permitting), living room, kitchen, dining room, outdoor areas and outdoor toys.
- Parents bring food and decorations.
- No limit on the number of children, but for comfort we recommend no more than 55 guests
- Parents are responsible for cleaning/tidying the area after the party.
Option B: Take it Easy!
Cost $150 members, $180 non-members
- Access to 2 playrooms and toys, bouncy castle (weather permitting), living room, kitchen, dining room, outdoor areas and outdoor toys.
- Birthday Party Facilitator will lead the party and provide age appropriate activities
including arts and crafts, parachute games and circletime
- Birthday Party Facilitator will clean up the party areas once the party has finished.
- Parents bring food and decorations.
- Limit of 15 children for facilitated parties.
